Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is recruiting a Connected Customer Supervisor to manage a dynamic team of customer service associates.

This role oversees cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory control, and e-commerce support to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The position requires supervisory or senior customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and connected specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead cashiering, returns, and close-out procedures in accordance with SOPs.
• Oversee inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee store signage updates and price changes for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
• Coordinate with management on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
• Audit inventory movement and related discrepancy adjustments.
