Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates at our Venice, FL store.

This role oversees cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The successful candidate will be a team builder with excellent communication skills, detail orientation, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (1) year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of (2) years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related staff to ensure front-end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee pricing updates and signage for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
