Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates in store operations, cashiering, returns, and inventory control while ensuring a superior shopping experience.

You will oversee front-end processes, train staff, manage e-commerce support, signage updates, and coordinate with store leadership to maintain pricing accuracy and product availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (1) year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of (2) years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service standard operating procedures (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Partner with management to determine SKU needs, price changes and returns.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory tracking system.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports for inventory control, returns and voids.
• Monitor truck logs and merchandise storage area weekly.
• Create and maintain store signage/pricing using TOD mobile printing.
• Return products to correct in-store location after returns.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Serve as point of contact for e-commerce team on inventory availability.
• Supervise inventory movement within the store.
• Be available to open/close the store effectively.
