Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Georgia to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates at the store front. You will supervise cashiering, returns, cash office tasks, and inventory control while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires supervisory or extensive customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKU’s.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions.
