Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates at our Mesa, AZ store. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will build teams, ensure compliance with customer service SOPs, manage pricing and signage for store SKUs, assist customers with product selection, and coordinate with management on inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in customer service or 4 years of customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years computer experience in a work environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and ensure front-end inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and price changes for store SKUs.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and TOD printing.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Coordinate with management on SKUs, price changes and returns.
• Supervise inventory movement and open/close store tasks.
