Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic frontline team across cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory, and ecommerce support. You will ensure accurate front-end operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll manage processes, coach associates, enforce SOPs, and partner with store leadership to optimize pricing, signage, and product availability while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
