Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a customer service professional for our Jacksonville site to support daily operations and ensure timely handling of customer requests. You will manage orders, process inventory holds/releases, and generate reports while coordinating closely with Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner.
• Process hold/release of inventory.
• Review receipts/outbounds for accuracy.
• Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate customer reports per customer request as needed.
• Verify inventory and notify customers of potential shortages.
• Ensuring electronic transactions are not failing.
• Coordinate with Operations on special customer requests, expediting when necessary.
• Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive way.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
