Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service representative for a Monday–Friday shift. You will handle customer requests, perform order entry, run daily reports, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes developing customer relationships, processing inventory holds/releases, and accurate service delivery, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow procedures as directed.
• Able to work independently or as a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships professionally.
• Process hold/release of inventory.
• Review receipts/outbounds for accuracy.
• Invoice and verify accounts accurately and timely.
• Generate customer reports as needed.
• Verify inventory and notify customers of shortages.
• Ensure electronic transactions are not failing.
• Coordinate with Operations on special customer requests, expediting when necessary.
• Serve as first contact to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and file documentation in an organized way.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
