Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years warehouse inventory experience.
• Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a PC.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Update and review inspections and corrected inventories.
• Perform cycle counts and verify against perpetual stock.
• Generate reports to research discrepancy activity (missing stock, moves).
• Update inventory in WMS following Arcadia policies and procedures.
• Generate follow-up reports to verify adjustments.
• Research for customer claims.
• Participate in scheduled audits by counting, researching, adjusting and reporting.
• Verify item setup and integrity in dimensions, codes and UPCs.
• Analyze inventory imbalances to improve integrity.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for change.
• Print and purge monthly master lot, store one month locally in binder.
• Audit product availability error reports.
