Job summary

AESSEAL Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to support the outside sales team with accurate order entry and quotes. You will be the vital link between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring timely responses to pricing, lead times, and product applications.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, generating quotes, coordinating with production, engineering, and supply chain, and aiding with issues and escalations. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to analyze information and solve problems with limited direction.
• Basic technical aptitude with the ability to learn product applications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in order entry, quoting, or inside sales support preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service by managing inquiries, orders, and requests from customers and outside sales representatives.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes, including pricing and lead time evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, engineering, supply chain) to confirm feasibility and specifications.
• Assist outside sales team with quotes and customer communication, and provide product, pricing, and availability information.
• Help resolve customer issues and escalations.
• Research issues, interpret information, and solve problems independently.
• Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
• Assist other customer service representatives to support team performance.
