Job summary

AESSEAL is seeking a customer service-focused professional to manage inquiries, orders, and requests from customers and outside sales reps. You will prepare quotes, coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to confirm feasibility and lead times, and support outside sales with pricing and information.

Responsibilities include assisting with non-AESSEAL purchases, vendor interfacing, and warehouse tasks such as receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping preparations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Forklift certified or ability to become certified.
• Strong collaboration across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to analyze information and solve problems with limited direction.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in customer service – including order entry, quoting, or inside sales support preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service by managing inquiries, orders, and requests from customers and outside sales representatives.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes, including complex pricing and lead time evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm feasibility, lead times, and specifications.
• Actively support outside sales team members with quotes and communication.
• Assist in the purchase of non-AESSEAL items and interface with vendors.
• Warehouse duties including receiving goods, shelving stock, assembling kits, and picking for orders.
• Operate forklift as needed and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
