Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Prior experience in customer service including order entry or quoting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service by managing inquiries, orders, and requests from customers and outside sales representatives.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes, including complex pricing and lead time evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm feasibility, lead times, and specifications.
• Actively support outside sales team members with quotes and customer communication.
• Warehouse duties: receive goods, shelve stock, assemble kits, pick product for orders, and process shipping.

Job Description: Duties & Responsibilities

Provide responsive, professional customer service by managing inquiries, orders, and requests from customers and outside sales representatives

Prepare accurate and timely quotes, including complex pricing and lead time evaluations

Coordinate with internal teams (production, engineering, supply chain) to confirm feasibility, lead times, and specifications

Actively support outside sales team members

• Assisting with quotes and customer communication
• Providing product, pricing, and availability information
• Helping resolve customer issues and escalations
• Research issues, interpret available information, and use critical thinking to solve problems independently
• Assist in the purchase of non-AESSEAL items
• Direct interface with vendors
• Obtain quotes, pricing, & lead time

Warehouse duties

• Receive goods which may require driving a forklift
• Shelve stock where applicable
• Assembling kits
• Pick product for customer orders and process through shipping.
• Basic forklift maintenance
• Prepare pallet for shipping
• LTL
