Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Basic knowledge of investing principles or experience in a financial support role preferred.
- Must be a minimum of 24 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work full shift in the office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth transition of new consumers and support in the complete turnaround to RRP through personalized communication.
- Manage consumer recommendations from touch points.
- Explore consumer needs and provide personalized messages, solutions, offers and/or suggestions.
- Sale and promotion of client brand portfolio.
- Order placement.
- Proper use of systems; multi-tasking and fast recording of procedures.
