Concentrix in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and tech-powered solutions for a Fortune 500 brand. This role offers base pay around $20/hour plus incentives, with full benefits and opportunities for growth within a global organization.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service, willingness to work in-office within 40 miles of Lake Mary, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of investing principles is preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 24 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a smooth transition of new consumers and support in the complete turnaround to RRP through personalized communication.
• Manage consumer recommendations from touch points.
• Explore the needs of consumers and provide personalized messages, solutions, offers and/or suggestions.
• Sale & Promotion of client brand portfolio.
• Order Placement.
• Proper use of the systems involved; multi-tasking is a must; parallel and fast recording of the required procedures in the systems.
