Job summary

Concentrix in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and tech-powered solutions for a Fortune 500 brand. This role offers base pay around $20/hour plus incentives, with full benefits and opportunities for growth within a global organization.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service, willingness to work in-office within 40 miles of Lake Mary, and a high school diploma.

• Proper use of the systems involved; multi-tasking is a must; parallel and fast recording of the required procedures in the systems.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
