Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of investing principles or experience in financial support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Live within 40 miles of the site and work full shift in the office.
• U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident required for government contract.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, chats, and emails.
