Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will be cross-trained to operate the cash register and to assist with front-end duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment and ensure accurate cash handling and friendly customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer service.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
