Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help manage daily store operations, assist customers, and support front-end duties as needed. You will ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment and participate in receiving, stocking, and merchandising tasks throughout shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, perform cashier duties, and uphold high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming store environment, including restrooms and floors.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
