Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members with onboarding, training, coaching and feedback.
• Identify talent and plan store staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Ensure Meijer standards and growth opportunities.
• Oversee operations and financial results, manage budget items in the P&L.
• Drive safety, compliance and area condition management.
• Assign daily work and training needs for Team Leaders.
