Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
Progressive leadership experience preferred.
Ability to analyze financial information and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development, and coaching.
Identifies talent and supports staffing with diverse leadership pipeline strategy.
Maintains Meijer standards and supports growth within the organization.
Oversees area operations and financial results including budget items.
Drives safety and compliance and manages store condition.
Guides daily work assignments and training needs for team members.
May perform other duties as assigned.
