Job summary

Floor & Decor in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office tasks, inventory management, and ecommerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team builder with excellent communication and organization, able to ensure procedure compliance, accurate inventory, and smooth front-end operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cashier supervisory experience or 4 years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and store-related roles at front end.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Supervise inventory movement and coordinate with management.
• Open and/or close store as needed.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
