Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Florida to lead a dynamic team at the store level. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory management, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. This in-store position offers flexible hours and opportunities to advance within Floor & Decor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Partner with management to determine SKUs, price changes, and returns needs.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in tracking system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports including inventory control, return of sale, and void reports.
• Monitor truck logs and store deliveries.
• Audit the customer merchandise storage area weekly and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain store signage and pricing using TOD printing.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Be the point of contact for e-commerce team regarding in-store inventory.
• supervise inventory movement and opening/closing store duties.
