Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at the front end and oversee inventory accuracy.

You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage cashiering processes, returns, and e-commerce support, while aligning with store standards and policies. The role requires supervisory experience or strong customer service background, with a focus on organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Partner with management to determine SKUs, price changes, and returns needs.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the tracking system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports including inventory control and returns activity.
• Monitor incoming/outgoing truck logs.
• Audit the storage area weekly and resolve issues with management.
• Create and maintain store signage and pricing using TOD mobile printing.
• Return products to correct in-store locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per standards.
• Serve as point of contact for e-commerce team on inventory availability.
