Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Florida to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office functions, and inventory management while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will direct front-end operations, ensure adherence to SOPs for cashiering and close-out, drive inventory accuracy, handle refunds, update signage and pricing, and support ecommerce inventory availability across stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cashier supervisory experience or 4 years customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates to the front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and pricing for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Research inventory-related discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
