Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help operate the store and assist customers. You will be cross-trained to support cash registers and front-end duties while maintaining a clean, inviting environment for shoppers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 30–50 lbs, and handle frequent stocking and moving.
• Basic math for cash handling required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers at the front end and operate a cash register.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure security of cash and protect store assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
