Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, assist customers, stock merchandise, and support front-end duties as needed. You will process transactions at the register, maintain a clean, safe environment, and uphold integrity and teamwork.

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle transactions at the register.
• Protect cash and company assets; perform other duties as assigned.
