Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties as needed. You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming environment and be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and back-end tasks.

You’ll bring strong customer service, communication, and integrity, with the ability to lift heavy items and handle cash accurately. This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed to maintain presentation.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store areas including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
