Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will be cross-trained to handle front-end duties and cash register responsibilities while ensuring safe, friendly service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with a focus on accuracy in cash handling and merchandise flow. Part-time opportunities exist in Covington, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting with/without accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Clean and restock bathrooms; sweep and mop floors; take out trash; keep areas neat and presentable.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets; ensure security.
• Other duties as assigned.
