Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, merchandise, and assist customers. You will cross-train for front-end duties and support cash transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have retail customer service experience, strong communication, and reliable problem-solving skills, with physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and front-end duties.
• Support cash register and process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and teammates.
• Monitor cash handling and protect company assets.
