Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer assistance. You will be cross-trained to handle cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed, maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent movement is required.
• Proficient math for cash handling and basic accounting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Reliable, flexible availability for part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain clean facilities including bathrooms.
• Assist customers with inquiries and maintain friendly interactions with staff.
• Process transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Support leaders and perform other duties as assigned.
