Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and perform front-end duties as needed. You will help with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment while handling transactions at the register.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time position with opportunities for cross-training and growth within the store network.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
