Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Retail Team Member in Brighton, CO to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will handle checkout duties, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store initiatives.

The role includes stocking, truck unloading, and following SOPs while upholding safety standards and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain in-stock store and perform merchandise recovery and returns
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs
