Michaels is seeking a Seasonal Team Member in Brighton, CO to provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Role includes merchandise duties, store recovery, and participation in stocking, pricing, and omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain stock and store recovery; support in-store shrink and safety programs.
