Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time associate in Boulder, CO to deliver friendly customer service, operate checkout, and help keep the store well stocked and merchandised. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and assist customers with product locating and framing services.

You may engage customers in the rewards program, enroll them in private label credit options, and participate in omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. Shifts include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise in-stock levels, and AD set duties.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully and professionally.
• Cross-trained in custom framing selling and production; other duties as assigned.
