Job summary

Michaels in Greeley, CO is hiring a Store Team Member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling and engage customers in rewards programs.

The role covers truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store standards to deliver our Brand Promises. You will support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS), participate in planogram compliance, and help keep the store in stock while contributing to safety and shrink

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• May require weekend and early shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
