Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Boulder, CO store for a team member who delivers friendly customer service, helps customers locate products, and ensures a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store merchandising to uphold our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, enrollments in Rewards, and adhering to SOPs while supporting shrink and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers with Rewards program enrollments
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram maintenance
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions
