Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for our Brighton, MI store to deliver friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will help customers locate products, participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram duties, and assist with store recovery to keep the sales floor well merchandised.

The role supports omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS and enforces SOPs. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; physical requirements include standing long

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladders or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain stock and store recovery; support in-store procedures and standards.
