Job summary

Michaels in Superior, CO is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and operate a fast, accurate checkout. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well-merchandised.

The role supports omni-channel activities like BOPIS and SFS, enrollment in rewards programs, and adherence to SOPs. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise and recovery, including returns and go-backs, to ensure an in-stock store.
