Qualifications

• Financial literacy including understanding accounts receivable/payable and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate service with technicians, subcontractors, and customers within designated locations.
• May lead others in coordinating work, without being a supervisor.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
