Mr. Electric LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping to schedule service and coordinate electricians to ensure timely, safe, and satisfactory visits.

You will handle inquiries, communicate clearly with customers, and support a team focused on delivering excellent service and safety-conscious home improvements. Training is provided to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years administrative experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.
• Assign and direct electricians to appropriate locations and monitor their routes to coordinate schedules.
• Follow up with customers to confirm whether to proceed with unsold work and address any concerns.
