Job summary

Mr. Electric LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for customers, coordinate service schedules, and support field technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will handle calls, manage appointments, assist with dispatch, and maintain accurate records while working closely with the team in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Mr. Electric is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers while helping coordinate schedules, support our field technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
