Mr. Electric is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners, coordinating with service technicians to schedule jobs and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes communication, reliability, and fast, accurate data entry in a home-office-supported setting. You will work closely with electricians, manage schedules, and help convert inquiries into booked work while maintaining top customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet home connection.
• Candidate must reside in the Atlanta area.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.
• Assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize schedules.
• Follow up with customers to determine if they want to proceed with any unsold work and address all needs and concerns.
