Job summary

U-Haul in Dayton, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of the brand. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and help with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
