Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; educate customers on products and services.
