Job summary

U-Haul in Cincinnati is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company’s exceptional service, assisting customers and coordinating with a supportive team.

You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, move and hook up equipment, inspect vehicles, and educate customers on products and services. Training and on-the-job education are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in person or over the phone.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
