Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Dayton, Ohio location. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers and ensuring they have all help they need on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment. You will dispatch and return equipment using U-Scan tech and handle rental invoices.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Training is provided on the job, and the environment emphasizes safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
