Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Massachusetts to support checkout, online orders, and in-store operations. You will lead processes for checkout experience, grocery delivery and pickup, monitor KPIs, and assist Team Members to achieve high service standards.

You will coach and develop employees, ensure safety and compliance, manage scheduling and labor utilization, and collaborate with store leadership and 3P partners to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required (12+ months).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; holds Team Members accountable for service.
• Establishes expectations for balancing in-store service and online orders.
• Monitors customer flow and assigns service and online order tasks accordingly.
• Supports relationships with store leadership and 1P/3P partners (e.g., Amazon).
• Ensures safety, compliance, coaching, and development of Team Members.
