Mr. Electric LLC in Hickory, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for customers, schedule service appointments, relay service details, and help coordinate our field technicians to create a safer and more reliable home environment.

In this fast-paced role you will monitor and adjust schedules, handle urgent dispatch needs, follow up on outstanding concerns, and maintain accurate customer and job information in our software systems while

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment details and service updates
• Monitor technician schedules and assist with dispatching and routing
• Support same-day schedule changes and operational needs
• Follow up with customers regarding unsold estimates and outstanding concerns
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in our software systems
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly
