Job summary

Guild Garage Group in Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to support our field technicians and deliver exceptional service to customers across Oahu. This role acts as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and operations to keep jobs organized and on schedule.

You’ll coordinate schedules, answer calls, and keep service records accurate, contributing to smooth, positive customer experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience in home services is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person.
