Job summary

Total Warehouse in Hawaii seeks a Dispatcher Coordinator to manage daily schedules for Service Technicians and dispatch calls as they arise. You will maintain clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers, including lead times and status updates.

You will also provide billing support for maintenance contracts and push invoices for billing. The role requires 1–3 years in dispatching or logistics, familiarity with dispatch tools, and the ability to adapt to changing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and scheduling tools.
• 1–3 years of dispatching or logistics experience.
• Experience in material handling or warehouse industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer service calls.
• Verify payment authorization forms on file for payment.
• Support billing with maintenance contracts and invoices.
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls.
• Forecast workload 2–3 days out.
• Debrief Service Technicians after completion of each call.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to locate equipment.
• Back up other roles in dispatch / shop areas.
• All other duties as assigned.
